Adding, Editing, or Deleting Notes in a Towing Worksheet

To add, edit, delete, or view notes in a Towing Worksheet, open the Towing Worksheet and enter the information in the Notes field. The notes you enter are printed on the Towing Worksheet report. You can delete or change any text that displayed here. However, once the estimate is locked, you cannot change the note.

To access the Towing Worksheet

1. Open or create the workfile.
2. Select the Estimate tab, and then select the Other Charges tab.
3. Click on the Towing Worksheet link. The Towing Worksheet screen opens.
4. Enter the information in the Notes field.
5. Click OK.
